Product Details

Electrical connection legs for making electrical attachment to ITO-coated glass for test and measurement purposes. The E241 legs are designed for use with 0.7 mm thick glass. The legs clip on easily, securely, and have an industry standard 0.1 inch (2.54 mm) pitch for insertion into a wide variety of test boards, including standard PCB prototyping boards and .

If you are using our prepatterned substrates, we offer that do not need electrical connection legs, making testing simpler, quicker, and easier.

We now stock legs suitable for 1.1 mm thick glass. Available either in groups of 5 legs for use with Ossila standard substrates, or as a roll of 1000 legs for cutting to custom lengths.

Pitch: 0.1 inch (2.54 mm).

For glass thickness: 0.7 mm (E241) or 1.1 mm (E242).

Pack size: 200 x 5 legs or 1000 legs.

How to connect Electrical Legs to Substrates

Cut 2 strips of connection legs, one for each side of your device. The number of legs should be equal to the number of pixels on your device. With sandpaper, gently file down the edges on the uncoated side of your device.
